In the game of sporting clays, the name Bobby Fowler Jr., is synonymous with the word “champion.” Besides garnering a spot as a perennial member on the NSCA All- American Team and Team USA, the Texas Hall of Fame inductee has a long list of competitive achievements that account for his skilled expertise at handling a shotgun. The two-time NSCA National champion and world titleholder has consistently earned his place atop the winners’ podium, whether for sporting clays, 5-Stand, or FITASC. Add to his lengthy list of accomplishments the title shotgun shooting instructor as president and owner of Elite Shooting School Inc.
“Although I had a proven track record as a winner competitively,” states Bobby, “I had to overcome the misconception by others that a professional shooter could not necessarily teach the sport. I had to prove myself all over again in the instructional world. But I have been the underdog before, and I am always up for a challenge—it just makes me strive harder to be the best.”
